Respite services are offered, free, to caregivers residing on the territory of the CISSS Montérégie-Centre secteur Champlain-Charles- Le Moyne. In order to facilitate your participation in our activities, we offer free at-home accompaniment of your loved one for certain services. This service is available free and certain conditions and deadlines apply.
